These are the result of a long hard search to find a really good malted pancake recipe fit for a Jersey diner. This should feed 4 people, halve everything and it’s good for 2. You must FLUFF the egg whites!!! Use 2 cups of milk if mix is too thick. 2 EGGS (FLUFF EGG WHITES) (For more protein use 4 eggs) 2 CUPS FLOUR 6 TBSP Carnation Malt 1.5 CUPS MILK (MAYBE 2 CUPS) 2 TBSP BAKING POWDER ½ TSP SALT 2 TBSP OIL 2 TBSP VANILLA 3 TBSP SUGAR Cinnamon to taste FRAG Ya Soon!
