I will start this "Flashback" with a band from my very first (1985) concert my freshman year of high school. these guys opened for Bon Jovi at what was then known as the Mecca Arena in Milwaukee. The Years were 1984 & 1985 and the Record Label was Atlantic Records.

Ratt was another local band out here for many years. I used to see them in little dive clubs in LA and Orange County with less than 50 people in them back in the early 80's. Few people actually know ( ..or care) that Bobby Blotzer (Ratts drummer) played in a band with Don Dokken for many years called Airborn.

Fuck yeah, Ratt kicks ass. Lay it down is one of my favorite songs. Pearcy had that other band Arcade that was good too. Grew up listening to all this stuff...

Good band indeed, Round & Round is my jam.
Shame they split. But i have never looked up any of Pearcy's solo stuff so i might have to give a look. Torents here i come!
