Does anyone remember the name of the dog that never said much but had that funny air laugh? not sure if he was a looney tune or not. It was around the 70's

If you are talking about the Wacky Races, then the dog was Muttley.

There was another dog by the name of Mumbly voiced by the same guy and had the same laugh.
