I raced RC for 20yrs and have used LiPos for over a year with zero trouble... like the video says if OVERCHARGED and MISUSED you can have trouble but that's with any battery. I have seen one battery bulge but that's it, Best thing that has happened to RC racing is LiPos and brushless motors.

I'm sure that if the batteries are charged with a proper charger and not abused with any shock or damage you should be fine... you may want to check on what you are buying first before you even touch something that may end up in being dangerous.

New kids toys may come out with Li-Poly's and may be verry harmful if you haven't seen already in the videos... Harmful gasses, explosion, fire and chemical burns may be caused by theese little suckers. Be careful what you buy!
