You were dropping your trans to go get frags. You were told that if you did it again you would be booted. You didn't listen.

You were also argumentive with an Admin as well as constantly transing/running back and forth to cover an area. You rarely sat still for an instant. You also were picking on another player (woof) about his nick. If you cannot be respectful towards other players and if you can't camp you are going to get kicked and possibly eventually banned.

Come on back but behave yourself or we'll be going through this again.

i left my trans behind a book and then looked out? That is not running, that is in case i got shot and a quick way to retret? Maybe you need some skill lessons... it is not in your rules that this is not aloud because it is a good move. sorry that i have more skill then rli i am... 🙄

And no i dont run, i move around my spot, called attacking camping which is |FN| Style, never have problems there just this place and WITH YOU!!!

I understand you are upset but there is no reason to be insulting.

First, no one is jealous of your "skill". We play for fun we don't mind if you win, it's how you win that we care about.

Second, regardless of where you play if an admin asks you to stop doing something you are supposed to listen, even if you don't agree. You were only kicked, not banned. Comming here to find out "why" you were kicked is the right thing to do but you really need to work on your people skills.

One of the reasons some of us have chosen not to play in FN anymore is we don't agree with what many there believe camping is, and isn't.

You are on our server here, we pay for it so we should be able to decide what type of play we want here. We like old school camping. We are much more forgiving these days than we used to be.

There are many great servers out there, quite a few of them less restrictive than we are. Perhaps you should choose one of them. If you wish to play here than you need to follow our rules and be civil to the guests and admins.

Fair enuff but i do belive leaving my Xloc behind a book while i poke out isnt a legal move. maybe admins should be updated... Never had a problem on any servers with it. many players do it..

The few always spoil things for the many. We have lots players that come here and drop a trans somewhere safe ( usually near health) so they can chase other players down and hunt aggresively for frags. This in turn agitates the server in general ratcheting things up to a more run-n-gun style of play. We don't want that here.

It is true currently you don't see a rule against dropping trans, but that may change here soon.This has been something that is up to the discretion of the admin. If they feel this will/may cause the server to get stirred up or that the player in question plans on chasing down kills they will warn the player to stop.

Sorry if you feel like you were being picked on but you were warned. Our style of play may be boring for you and others but it's what we enjoy and we aim to keep it that way.

Again, you are welcome to come back, just please respect our rules.

in most servers it isnt illegal so long as you dont go roaming, chasing or hunting. i use it myself so that if I am shot at I can jump into the air, get my xloc out and then safely translocate away from danger (often though I leave it in a spot whereby I can immediately pop out and shoot my attacker completely by suprise). its a tactic I used to good effect when in high spots in the recent FN match against DOU in fact.

that said, its their server and if they tell you stop, and they apply that rule consistently to all players, then you should accept their verdict and apologise. remember Kav, what we consider "old school camping" to be and what other clans consider it to be are very different. these differences in terminology can create frictions but its these slight variances in rules that I think helps give enough variety in the community to keep it interesting. 😀

disappointed to hear though that many DOU players refuse to play in FN though because they dont agree with certain elements of it. thats a shame because I think its a great melting pot of different players and styles and helps create enjoyable games and raise skill levels! do you mind if I ask what elements you disagree with? 😕

Yeah i agree with the RnG but i wasnt using it that way, was on a shelf, put my xloc behind the book and poked out. moved along shelf to see frags ( Was Small Shelf) and if i got shot use my xloc to safty? i think thats fair,

Attack camping...interesting label to put on it but it is still R&G IMO. I have no problem if someone wants to cover a small area but duck-walk to do it. If you have to continously run or trans to do it, it is R&G.

And just to clear, when you were kicked you were not "peeking around a corner" on some shelf. You dropped down and moved a short distance before you shot and transed back. That's when you recieved the kick.

At DOU you are expected to make use of cover. Use stealth to defend against getting shot. Dropping your trans for a safety net so you can leave cover in pursuit of a frag isn't camping. We do allow dropping trans to go after a pick-up as long as you frag no one on the way.

We're not going to change anything just because you keep beating this to death. We've invited you to come back as long as you play by the rules here. If you don't like that answer then simply go somewhere else.

Please keep in mind that dropping trans is against our rules. The reason? 90% of the people that do it would do it in a way that you, NBK|»BLØØÐ|Ði3« describe. That is not really a bad thing. The other 10% would then use it to frag hunt, assault, or other miscreant uses that are NOT tolerated on our server. With this being the case, it is the best decision that it not be allowed period. This way, our admins can judge everyone fairly and consistantly. Please understand that it is nothing personal. Our rules are in place for all of our clan members as well as our guest. It is a shame that a few bad apples spoil the bunch.

At no time did I use the word 'BAN" when you were being warned or kicked off of the server. Please stop twisting facts in an effort to justify your behavior.

And the fact is: You left your trans in a place of safety in an effort to pursue a frag. I don't care if you move across a map or move an inch. It isn't camping and I'll boot you again if you're caught at it.

You did use the word ban rofl!!!!!! and yeah fair enuff if used 4 runnin if i was buh dnt care and if was in ur rules fair enuff, and Otis dont worry dont come round this so called server no more so 😀
