George Carlin passed away today, he was 71. He had complained of chest pains earlier in the day and died shortly after going to the hospital. He was a very inluential comic from my era. He was one of the first to see humor in everyday things, a type of comedy now practiced by many comediens. He was a cynic and a free thinker. He will be missed.
