getting kicked or Banned

Lets everyone go back to bed and try to get up on the the right side this time.

He's here trying to get this worked out and that's basically all we ever ask of anyone we have issues with.

So let's TRY to get it worked out without getting nasty about it. We're supposed to be a social clan. IMO that means BE CIVIL!

He's played 45 hours on our servers (24 on our new one and 21 on the old one), which IMO is plenty of time to get the rules down. Yesterday was not the first time I've had an issue with the guy and also not the first time I've logged onto the server and had several peeps including respectable guests tell me that he was a problem. Keep in mind too - that 8 people were in the server and the kick-vote reached the other 7 people before he was map kicked. He also flooded our server for the next 10 minutes afterwards.

Like I told Mama - I think the permanent ban was a little harsh, but I think he needed a wakeup call. He's playing ass eater here but he plays like an ass hole on the server.

If sirdead wants to get his mic working and come into vent and play nice and get along with everyone - I welcome that. If he is going to become another problem player I'd prefer he go somewhere else. We have enough of that shit and frankly most of us are a little shell-shocked from it.

Ok first of all I'm not a ass eater. I'm sorry MaMa But I don't know what is this guy's problem is. When I first started to play Sniper I guess I did'nt play the right way & I was told by Mostly Lovely to go read the rules & I did. & for the past three weeks I have been trying o play by them. Yesterday I got mad because Otis thinks that I revenged him on perpose & then right after that people where doing it to me & was makeing note of it & then I was kicked.

I also invited you to read our rules and calm your ass down. I will say that the next map you were better. BUT, I haven't seen you since.

Folks, I agree with Cyg here.

I think we got off on the wrong foot and would like to see this as a "Do-over". He seems to be interested in trying to conform to our style of play here and that can be difficult if that's not what you are used to.

It's never too late to ban someone.

Okay - I will let this one go since I've given you shear hell so far. You do realize that not only is this a matter of really bad timing for you - but also a case of mistaken identity. We've had some very bad issues with another asshole that shares likeness to your name. And as earlier stated we are all a lot on edge. Seriously, Sirdead and all others. Please understand that the rules are in place to make the game even and fun for all. I appreciate that you enjoy playing on the {DOU} server. Do not disrespect our clan or our other guest or that priviledge will be taken away. Remember that we can pull up logs to show EXACTLY what has been done or typed on the server by anyone at anytime. If you have a question about the rules, please feel free to ask them either here on the forum, on our Ventrilo server, or in-game. If you feel that you have been wrongfully accused, then PLEASE come here and post to our Complaints Department. An in-game argument/cuss session will look bad to any admin and force action.

Thank you Otis! Thank you The Jargonaut! But like I said many times over in our clan we show respect even if the member or guest is being a ass hole. Now I carry that to what ever sever, TS,Ventrilo,Website that I go on. If do something wrong then tell me. theres no need to by nasty, that's not how I roll.
