If i spawn in the middle of the map after getting killed,yeah i am going to get to a hiding spot quick. Everybody does. But as far as shooting someone then moving across map trying to kill. No i dont do this.

As for warnings , its like i said in the post above.

I didn't kick you but I more or less envy the one who did.

In my opinion, It was/is just a matter of time until you got caught playing the way that you do - revenging, assaulting, etc. I have heard complaints about you from the DOU members, DOU recruits, and from our regular guest players that frequent the server.

I think that you're a player that treats the DOU admin one way and the other players a different way....especially when an admin is spectating. I would characterize the latter as a "DO ANYTHING FOR A FRAG" playing style that really doesn't sit well with me and a lot of other members.

I also think that you use your little aliases like "Get It", "Asia", and most recently "arms" as more or less a cover for you when you really feel like playing how you want after throwing our rules out the window.

I actually think it's hilarious when you bitch out the noobs for assaulting, backing up to shoot, and such when I hear that you pull the same shit with other guests and non-admin DOU members. A bit hypocritical don't you think?

You and others that play like you easily forget and need to remember that you are playing as a guest of DOU on OUR F'ING server. If you wanted to continue to play here, I guess you should have played with some sense of respect for others. If I'm you, I would start exploring other options other than our sniper server.

The reason you were eliminated from the DOU server is because you have no idea why you were eliminated from the DOU server.

Lets play a new game - you find the thread that includes the rules set forth by DOU that pertain to the conduct that we expect you and every other guest to abide by while VISITING OUR server and choose the ones that best describe what you consistently ignore. Then you post those said rules here and give us the reasons why you consistently ignore them over and over and over and over.

At that point we can all engage in a respectful intelligent discussion concerning your fate on OUR server.

Ok .. lets have a talk. 1st of all. I dont believe that the assaulting and revenging is much of an issue for the fact that is not the way i play. For example, Infinity City i always go for the window in the side of the building, which Rad has figured out that i go, i stay there the whole map or until Z3opa .de or Rad kills me. I kill Z3opa 7 times trying to get in the same spot that im already in. So, Z3opa never gets called out. This is not called revenging??? Other players come into your server with tags which is teleporting everywere and getting as many frags as they can with as many deaths at the end of the game....So in saying this I dont Do Anything To Get A Cheap Frag or i would shoot people in the back which i dont do..I let them leave, and by me trying to explain the rules to the noobs, not backing up to kill or leave my spot i wont shoot...is the same thing dou says to people...If someone is shooting at me from distance im not suppose to shoot back????

As for the aka...i have a 7 year old that only knows how to play the regular game, not on internet, he does not know how to do this. he changes the name and skins in player setup mode. He does not play on internet. So when i come in and set down to play. I get on the game and play...There is no telling who i am..I know about ip addresses and u guys can track them...I dont care. But i try to change my name and stuff back to normal when i get a chance.

Im believe a warning should have been served or a kick from the match should have been sufficent. GTG BBL

Hi Gut,

As you can see some of our members are a little steamed with the way you behave on our server. I would re-read our server rules if I were you. There are threads on you in our secuity section that go back to January of this year (2010).

Yes, other players assault, revenge, etc but that never makes it ok in our book for you to do the same thing. We know who's not playing by the rules and have our own process to deal with it. The ban list grows every year.

You are either part of the problem or part of the solution, something to think about if you are allowed to return.

This server is paid for by its membership. The people who admin here volunteer their time to try and keep order so others can enjoy the camping game they came here for. it is not easy to do when so many have such little regard for our rules, but still we try.

I have read the rules. I play on your server alot. I dont know what is in your security forum that has been written about me. Let me ask you this question? When i or someone spawn in somewere , what do they do, They go to the best and quickest spot available right, then if someone is in that spot you must leave right. You have to move to a certain exstent. I see your clan doing this as well as me and everybody else. I dont like getting shot in the back or crouching slowly to another spot only to get shot. I say most if not all players do. The noobs well they run constantly. I know that it is hard to watch everybody. That would suck for me to set and watch matches and not play. But i see other players doing a whole lot worse stuff, then what you are hearing about me.

Also, if you were shot in the back or lets say assaulted a few times. What do most players do? They get pissed off and it is game on, right. I used to get a in this mode, but u guys say i am still doing this to you or whoever. I let people go.....Ask Rad ,Grasshopper, concrete, rev,otis,nathan and some others. Because i know they would let me go.

This revenging stuff i am hearing about. I do not come way across the map just to revenge someone. I dont hold a grudge. Its a killing game. But if i spawn in across the map and i feel that the shot comes from a certain spot, yes i will shoot them. Most of the time not knowing who it was. Its a shooting game. I dont know want everybody is so up in the air about this. This typing stuff is killing me. I need to be playing......

I follow the rules the best i can, and as just as good as the rest.

First of all 2pac and his buddy's should not have been in the DOU server, They are gone for good.

Second, the time I kicked you I had no idea it was you. you were using the name "ASIA" and at the time I did not run the ip to see who it was, all I saw was a player running and xlocking from spot to spot in the upper area of Bolwing alley map, you "ASIA" did not stop when asked, so you were kicked from the game, not banned. As far as I know there are other admins have seen the same activity and as a whole we have had enough of yourself and many other players pulling stunts and abusing the rules to grab any cheap frag they can get.

In my opinion this situation has been let go far to long, our server is one of the busiest and best and only getting stronger as more and more servers drop of the UT99 master server list.

I feel the same as many other DOU members (not trying to speak for them all) That the time has come to take out the garbage. too many good players are leaving mad due to cheap shot players that have figured out ways to abuse rules and mods. these rules and mods are there to make the game fair and enjoyable to all.

So now i am being called garbage and running good players off the server for cheap frags. Hmmm , So who are the good players getting run off ? I dont see anyone leaving because of this. If i get so many cheap frags then i should win lots of matches. Unfortunately, this isnt this case because i dont win that many matches as u can see, but not a new guy either. Everybody has there favorite maps and some players perform better on certain maps. Alot of good players out there.

Garbage, if the shoe fits wear it. I'm not going to get into players names with you, I don't feel I need to. There have been many players that have come on vent and asked myself and other admins to have you and other people kicked, or they just leave the game and later complain that they left in fustration, due to being assaulted, revenge killed and other forms of cheap play. If we let this continue then more good players will leave in search of better controlled severs and other clans. Im not calling anyone garbage! but at the same time if you can't play by the rules set out by the owner of the server, the admins have no choice but remove the problem causing players. Don't start saying I never did this and he did that. It's not going to work. we see whats going on, your not being singled out by me or anyone else. furthermore this is not a quick or easy desision made by any one person, many warnings have been made and you have been kicked under other names thinking you could fool us. We would much rather all players come in and have a good experience and enjoy comming back to the DOU server.

But that can't happen unless all are willing to be fair. we know rules will be broken and pushed to the limit and there are new players comming in all the time that we try to be more patient with, but it seems to be a joke now for some to go to DOU and cause trouble, well jokes over.

how about our #6 rule) ALWAYS listen to ALL server Admins and speak to them respectfully. Failure to do so will result in being kicked, or even permanently banned from the server.. can you tell us why you have broken this rule?

I come to Dou server alot like i said before. Not many other servers out there that i do play. I do NOT take the server as a joke. Nobodys server is a joke. I play here because its a fun server to play and good players to play with. I respect you guys watching. Been times when i wish there was someone watching. But very time consuming, i understand. I have been on the server a thousand times with admins watching and with no complaints or warnings or kicks. If there was a problem somewere i should have been notified. Instead people are complaining about me and only you guys know is what this sounds like. If this is true, why didnt this come out in the open and try to fix the problem. There is a general forum here,and i never see a complait from another player about me. If there is a problem with another player,someone should comunicate with me on the general forum.I dont hold a grudge. Instead, it goes into a secret forum??? That dont sound right to me. There needs to be a little more communication in a different format. Instead of your word against mine, and i know nothing about what is going on,but i take the blame.

Dont think for a second that i have not been done wrong before,asaulted revenged etc....and i know there were admins watching. But im not going to get on vent to complain to kick someone. Or what i say be put in a secure forum. I not going to point at someone time after time to get them kicked. I could have done this a long time ago myself.

Some of admins have heard me stress the rule dont back up,or please leave. That should be helping you out.

I also dont think for a second that you are losing players becauce of me. Because,I see the same people week after week. You are not losing players, you are gaining as far as i can see. And,yes it is hard to play with new guys running into your face and shooting,i think you would agree. I have let them go ,and been killed by some, and killed them as they comeback. Its a killing game. I try to be play calm.This foul play stuff, makes it sound like everytime i play,something is wrong or i break a rule everytime i get on. I dont believe this and i think others will agree.

The maps are almost like driving down a highway. Players go with the flow. A small map with many players,is like many kills as many deaths with alot of players. I get killed just like everyone else. A big map is totally the oppossite. I think u guys understand this. So players adjust, just as well as you guys would do the same.

Its a new year,sure would like to be playing.
