we are in the mandatory evacuation zone but im not going through another long as drice w/ no gas thing again so we are just staying put. power is expected to be out for 18 days! i have no clue what im going to do if that happens! 😡

thanks guys.. i think the eye will be right over us so we should be okay w/ the tornados and such.. the only thing that worries us is the storm surge, witch is ecpected to be 15-20 ft 😕

hopefully all goes well and power gets back on fast

I also hope you fare the storm well,FLSTC and myself have been through a few and unless you have done it youself you can't imagine how powerful a cat 3 storm is ... stuff gets broken roofs lift trees fall water rises the wind sounds like a pegged jet strapped to your house. the power co. will likely shut your power down before the storm gets to the grid that poles will be falling out of .... its no fun at all. its still my H.O. the you get youself and your family the f*&K out of the way BRO. IF I lived in that flat assed part of the great state of Texas I would already be gone!

last minute we got some info saying the water is suppose to be a ft or two in the house so we said hell no and booked it to austin. got there in about 4 hrs (not bad)

i tore a big whole in my knee skating the day before, its to the bone so we didnt want the flood waters getting in that and getting all nasty so we decide to book it. good choice i think, no clue what are house looks like but some of my friends roof collapsed and alot of power outtage.. will see in a couple of days the condition of it but me and my family are safe in austin 😀

yea i tornado hit close to my friends house 7 trees fell and all the fences are gone in his hood, alot of roofs collapsed.. hope mine is still standing 😕

but on the flip side... NO SCHOOL FOR A WEEK!! 8)
