ANYONE KNOW OF ANY FREE SOFTWARE THAT CONVERTS MP4 TO DVD.
I HAVE UNPROTECTED MP4 FILES THAT I WANT TO MAKE A DVD WITH.
I use the Xilisoft DVD Creator. It was the first thing I found when I Googled looking for something similar to what you want (I wanted to burn avi to dvd, but I know it does mp4 too) so I tried it. I know they have a PC version of the software in addition to the mac version I use.
Real easy to use, drag and drop the file onto the app icon, it fires up, insert a dvd, hit burn, wait an hour, done. 🙂
It must need to render in some way I did not expect as the conversion is a bit above real time. Thus it takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to do a 1 hour video (then burn, but thats fast, about 5 minutes).
