I looked at several forums and tried some of their ideas - no results.
Error: Can't find 'ini:Engine.Engine.GameEngine' in configuration file
Any thoughts?

Well try these first...
1. Make a back up copy of your unrealtournament.ini in another place than your UT folders...
2. Delete that unrealtournament.ini in your system folder of your UT that you use.
3. Start up your ut game.
(This will create a default unrealtournament.ini and hopefully this should work without spending time and effort to redo your ut and .inis)
If it works, great... just make sure you carefully redo your unrealtournament.ini on your new one. Keep the old one just incase. & If you got everything on your new unrealtournament.ini and working fine, make a backup copy of that and delete the old copy.
Try backing up your user.ini as well.
