Had a lot of people ask if the server speed had changed. I haven't played enough lately to notice, but I thought transing was slower. Has it changed?

Yesterday, the snipher rifle fired significantly slower, almost equal to the bots :enforcer:
seems fine to me other than my ping has been killing me the last few days

Its definitely slower. Maybe not a bad thing ?
Sorry people, I missed it.
One of our admins who will remain nameless (cough, cough) tried an admin tool without knowing what it was about and changed all the settings. I changed most of them back (including turing the server back into a sniper server) but missed this one.
I will take care of it now.
