Spawn Protection

I notice many times that the spawn protection is not long enough on map entry and reconnects. Sometimes depending on network or server activity the normal 7 seconds of spawn protection are used up during the black screen loading and ace load, by the time you are able to make your first step the time is up and you are laying in a puddle of goo. :redflipoff:

This problem might go away once Tommy finishes the rebuild and re-uploading the entire server, he has been working on a rebuild for a while now. When completed Anth checker will be remove due to being an obsolete cheat detection. I'm hoping it also fixes the 1 second hiccup when a new player connects.

That hiccup you're talking about really can't be done away with but with fewer mods, the less strain on the server, the more the hiccup decreases. It happens when the character enters because the server is busy loading the skin, player-info, location etc to each client. Anti-cheats put a big strain on the client because of the fact that a dll file is being initiated on the client scanning memory, resources and such so doing away with Anth will make a nice jump in performance.
