Actually, Collin's membership was revoked because he didn't show up for 6 months to a year after being voted in with only a handful of votes.

After hearing about the way he was abusing other players when he did finally come around awhile ago, it is for the best anyhow IMO.

If he shows up wearing a tag again tell him to remove it. If he doesn't listen, boot him.
