Urban Folklore? You tell me.
Last night I had a little indigestion so I chewed up a tums. A minute or so later I took a sip off of a bottle of coke I was drinking. The coke reacted with the tums residue still in my mouth and something close to a nuclear explosion occurred. I didn't want to spit all over the place so I clamped my mouth down and turned to run to the bathroom sink. The laws of physics would have none of that and several milliseconds later my mouth was forced open spewing forth a volcanic eruption of sugar-foam. Clamping my mouth down was a mistake also because the pop had to go somewhere - yup, straight out my nose. Not a few drops mind you, it was squirting out like an old Monty Python gag.
I just thought I would share.

Well, I do have a web cam, but the whole event took place in just a few seconds, no time to turn it on. Oh well, I will be prepared next time!!!!

Yes, that the whole event really sucked. Coke in the sinuses is really unpleasant.
