Why ban?

You have been banned for breaking sever rules. and arguing with admin. We are tired of having to spectate you and miss out on playing due to your constant freestyle play and assault on players.

We are a camping server and like our style of play, there are many freestyle servers out there for you.

U kicked me without tryin to proof anything. I even told u, i can make a demo for u. So u banned me, and now, as a reason u say permanent rule breakin.

I know i was makin problems on ur server, cos moste of the rulez u guys use i pretty differend then on any other server, but i stoped r&g, xloc dropin to avoid deemers and many other things. I played few days without a single warning from admins. Then this happend, u accused me of usin radar - and boom, permanent bann:) Isnt that strange?

I think you are missing the point here. Because it is our server WE dont have to proof anything.

I think you are missing the point here. Because it is our server WE dont have to proof anything.Its the other way around. We suspect you from running a cheat. So YOU have to proof we are wrong.

How can i proof u, that i dont use cheat. U got anti cheats on servers - and im clear. Ask any admins on fraggednation, cos im takin there part in ladders.

Im an old player, i play this game for more then 7 years. Never got banned for cheating. Normaly its "in dubio pro reo" - presumption of innocence. U dont have any proof, so u can not call me im a cheater.

U can bann me ofcourse, cos its ur server, but accusin someone of cheatin is a v seriouse accusation, and shouldnt take place without strong proofs like anti cheat screen, log or something else. U told me, i should proof i dont use cheats - ok. Unbann me on server - and i will send u a demo rec. Thats the only thing i can do to proof u im innocent.

I never said you were cheating, I said you appear to be using something. But that is not why you are banned, you are banned due to your play style, is not sniper/camper it is freestyle, you constantly assault players and xlock all over the maps.

We have had to kick you many times and are tired of having to babysit the server because freestyle players want to play their way in DOU's sniper server.

This was not just me, aprox 91% of DOU voted to ban.

Hmm, funny thing, that u give me a permanent bann, after accusing of cheating, not earlier. I was makin problems, as i said, but stoped playin the gamestyle u call "freestyle". Even on the day - u banned me, u were watchin me on 3 or 4 maps in a raw without sayin a word about my gamestyle, cos i was camping. Then suddenly - u said "marek u usin something" and ban. Its clearly combined with cheat accusation not the gamestyle. But what could i expect, i was sure u gonna say that im freestyling on the server, and thats the reason for ban:)

Case closed....

Easiest way, avoid discusion, acusse players without proofs.

We want to enjoy the game, and not to watch your Wild West show - thats all. Here comes many good campers, much better than me - I realy enjoy playing against them. Playing against you I feel discomfort - you can't camp according to our rules. I type only what I feel, without personal bias.

UT isn't dying on our servers. We have all kinds of traffic on our sniper server.

If UT is dying elsewhere it is likely due to people like yourself who do not respect server rules or the admins who have to enforce them.

Funny thing to hear from u bout respect. Watch the screens i posted and ask ursefl, who doesnt show respect. A player who plays on server and recives a bann from admin for "cheating" , cos he plays just to good? A player who is abused by DoU member?

Guys, good u have bussy server, especcialy nowdays. Maybe it will help UT to be alive for few months longer. But dont act on ur server like despots.

U banned me on server clearly for "usin cheats", not for my gamestyle. Now the excuses sayin that its becuase ...ble ble ble etc. sounds just funny.

What really funny is, is the fact that people like you constanly break our server rules and when they get banned they feel wrongly accused. Don’t flatter yourself by thinking you were kicked because you played to good. There are planty of good players on our server who still obey our server rules. If you don’t respect our rules in the first place don’t come here telling us to show you some respect.
