I need to locate my sponsor.. I haven't heard from him in months! But when I don't hang around the server for 2 weeks, i get punished. Please i need some help! I did not get the votes needed to be a part of the clan! I thought that I had a nice chance, being that i am alone on the server majority of the time. Ventrilo also!!!!! I am in the central timezone (-6)

You were not voted in due to a lack of participation. You can view it as a punishment if you want but I just checked and you have less than 5 hours playing time on the sniper server in the last month. It is your responsibility to tell your sponsor or post it here on the forum if you are having problems finding time to spend here. Please don't go blaming your sponsor for your lack of participation. He's there to help you along but you need to make him aware of any problems you're having.
I'm also in the Central time zone but that doesn't help w/o knowing what times you are usually on.

You can contact your sponsor anytime you like by sending him a pm through the forum.
Since you have asked to be a part of our clan, the people who make up the clan vote on whether to allow you to join. This is based on whether or not they feel you would make a good addition. If they don't get to know you, many will either vote "No" or "Abstain". Abstain is usually voted for when members don't know who you are. This means they have not spoken to you in vent, seen any replies to current posts made by you, or played with you on the server. This is why we encourage you to be active, so you rub elbows with the majority of the membership and when it comes vote time they know who they are voting for. Since your unexplained abscence lasted a while, many did not believe you still had an interest or did not know who you were and abstained in the vote.
The clan did agree to extend your recruitment rather than simply say no. I hope I have helped you to understand our perspective.
