Finally back. A couple of months ago my hard drive got dementia and was dying a slow death. After trying a couple of things we then tried to clone the new drive but it was too far gone for that. So, here I am with a fresh Windows install and no UT again.
I know some others have been through the same since I last had to do this over two years ago. Any good pointers on where to go and what to do to get things up and running again.
Glad to be back.

Checking in to say I'm still around and that I'm right back where I started with this post a couple of years ago. Had another hard drive bite the dust and lost UT again. I'll get it back on here soon. Had a lousy couple of months on top of that. Time to get back to it. :gib:

I'm back bitches. Got the patched version of the game loaded back on my machine.
I can't find our sniper server under the list of UT Servers. I sat there and scrolled though all 561 of them to reenter my favorites (I only play DOU, but I save all of the sniper servers to watch traffic on them).
What am I doing wrong? Am I just overlooking it or is it not there? I got there anyway by entering the IP, but that's a hassle to do every time and if we're not on the list, it's certainly not helping the traffic issue any.
It very well should be in the server browser. I will check in the morning when I get home from work and post an update here.

Maybe it's just one of those things that I can't see it because I'm looking for it, but I went thorough the list three times. Is there some way to search it?
Disregard. Just found it. I went through it again without the list sorted alphabetically and I was able to see it. I guess since it starts with "New IP" my brain was skimming over it while looking for "Clan".
Sure wish there was some way to beef up involvement. Hundreds of servers and only dozens of players....

I have a plan...something cool is in the works...we are working on it right now, even if there is nobody left to play we can get players...lol, I know...just wait for it...we will be having a clan meeting soon and I will reveal all.
