Given the mediocre reqiurements (by todays standards) for UT 99 you could boot it up on an older machine and use it just for gamming or partition your drive and install and older version of windows there.

There is a fix, the server doesn't have it yet

Unless you know otherwise it has not been released so that it can be put on the server, as i posted earlier the release is put back a day or so every few days only a 'select' few servers have it for testing......
