I guess ones got better heating then the other 2 so they use that in the winter or it may of been they started with one like everyone else it got too cold so made the one with better heating then thought to hell with it lets have 3

From what I have read, Estonia is the most technically advanced country out there. I would think that the heating would be good no matter what...

But I bet it gets COLD there too.
