Try making a stay crouched bind key. I use one all the time. Only problem is that when you get killed you have to get use to hitting it or you will spawn in crouch.

In your UT folder, in System, fine user ini. In there pick a unused key, I use the space bar.

type in: Space=toggle bDuck or what ever key you use instead of space. Now the space bar will toggle crouch on an off.

Then save.

You can make other binds like say hello when you hit a key too. Or move some actions to a more comfortable location, etc...

I would copy the ini file to a word doc and save it before you play there just in case you change a key that the game needs.
