Hmm, looks like an SKS....Dropped a nice doe with one of those around 15 years ago.

Oops, missed the curved clip at the first glance.

The SKS is a poor-mans AK-47 so I guess I qualify...lol.

Mine is the unmodified stock model with the internal 10 round mag that you fill with a stripper clip.

I have the Chinese Type 56 version.
