I am having a hard time getting behind it. Too unrealistic, too many plot holes, don't give a fuck about the protagonists.

How I feel anyway. Still watching it but may stop soon.

Sorry it's been so long. I was without a computer from July to Christmas.

Haven't been doing all that much. Work, eat, sleep and that's about it.

I'm getting over the flu. I didn't get the shot this year which was pretty foolish and now I'm suffering for it.

Looking forward to next week with it going sub zero nearly all of the work week.

Yeast Rolls

These are the best to have any time.

Yeast Rolls

1 package yeast

3/4 warm water

3/4 warm milk

2T sugar

1 stick salted butter, melted

2 eggs, beaten

3 ½c all purpose flour, plus extra

1T salt

eggwash

melted butter

In a large bowl, mix together the yeast, water, milk, sugar, and melted butter. Allow to sit 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Blend eggs into the yeast mixture. Add flour and salt, and mix with a spatula until completely absorbed. If the dough feels too sticky or soft, add more flour half a cup at a time. Once the dough can be handled, turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Place in an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Put the dough in a warm spot and allow to rise for one hour.

After an hour, squeeze out the air, and the dough can be cut and shaped into desired size rolls. Place on a sprayed baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Let the rolls rise for 30 more minutes.

For a shiny browned crust, brush with eggwash before baking.

Bake to desired brown-ness and brush with melted butter, if desired.

Hello everyone.

I'm still kicking for now and haven't been up to much lately. This is largely due to a slow down at work and the base wage just gets us by. And to top things off both our computers went down months ago and hopefully there will be extra cash to get one or both back up and running.

On the plus side I'm working a 4 day week so I'm getting plenty of rest due to present health difficulties. When things pick back up it's going to suck giving up the 3 day weekends.

I hope everyone is doing well don't be afraid to holler.
