As part of your recruitment process, you are required to attend a meeting in Ventrilo with Your sponsor and at least 1 recruitment officer. I will attend these meetings where I can as well.
During this meeting the procedures for membership, along with the clan rules will be discussed. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Oban and Yo Mama, please respond to this thread listing the days and times you are available to attend such a meeting. We will then schedule a meeting during one of these times with a recruitment officer,

Times I am available fluctuate due to not having a set work schedule however ... I am free most evenings 9pm EST forward, M-F.
If I know in advance, it is 90% that I can schedule it to happen ( 10% murphys law, lol ). I will do my best to be there.

Well, get a hold of Oban and see what he can do. I am almost always available after 9pm as well. 9pm sounds like the ideal time for Cygnus as well. Let's shoot for Tuesday.

sorry guys its gonna take me a bit to get back into the swing of things as far as staying in touch with clan and forum matters. i find myself not going online for days at a time these days.
as far as the new recruit meeting on vent here are the times im available for sucha meeting also the same as play time.
MON: 730pm - midnight
TUE: 630pm - midnight
WED: 730pm - midnight
THU: 630pm - midnight
FRI: 730pm - 1030
SAT: 12pm - 1030
SUN: 12pm - 1030
Tommy, would you like to do this on this comming Tuesday ?
